Several Option for EVA Molding Case Inner Tray Design

1. EVA molding tray

Advantage: Looks nice, fashion and quality can be guaranteed without any glue.

Disadvantage: can not be too thick, less 2 cm normally. mold cost is high and need to a little bit long time for sample because we need to test different material for the tray

2. EVA cutting die tray

Advantage: looks also nice and can be very thick. And mold cost is low

Disadvantage: quality is not stable and can be seen a big gap between the EVA and tray after long time to use by the clients.
